Thanks for the pictures--I've been hearing rumors about this gun for months, but when SHOT came and went without any new info coming out I figured it was canned or delayed.

That said, I'm inclined to agree with Caipirinha--the $550 someone mentioned on KTOG is way more than I'd spend on a pocket 380, stainless slide or not. The $350-400 others mentioned would be tempting, though...

Nice to finally see it, I was worried when my LCP came in, I'd buy it and regret it once the Kahr came out. I think I'll keep the Ruger pre-order. I like the look of the Kahr though.

Doesn't look much smaller than a PM9.

I'll stick with the LCP for .380ACP.

I would like to hear more about it! My PM is amazing.

Well TX Cajun, looks like you got yourself a scoop!

It looks smaller than my PM9, it better be otherwise a pointless effort.

They're more in the Seecamp 32 range at that price. If they were in the $400 range I think people would step up and buy. Kahrs are a lot nicer guns than my KelTecs, so worth "some" extra money.

Not to bring up matters of caliber (heh), but ...why would Kahr mess around with 380 in the first place? It's not that much smaller than their bread-and-butter 9mms. Anyone?

If Kahr gets it approved in CA they would have a good market niche. KelTec has declined to pay the extortion and I am not sure that Ruger will bother with ti either.

Kahr isnt bad, but why are they so much more expensive than other firearms of equivalent type (not exact size, but type, such as CCW pistol or similar)? I really dont seen the point to buy a much more expensive pistol when I get a slightly cheaper one. Its like buying a Korth when all you need is a glock. Dont get me wrong, I love Kahr, but I just dont get the price.

And, unlike the P3AT and LCP, it will have a fully functional magazine activated slide lock as well.

blackcash88

and alot of other quality features also. More money, more gun IMO.
