After visiting several gun stores it seams that I cannot find a kel tec dealer. Kel tec's website is of no help. Any dealers in the Austin/Round Rock area?

Your best bet is the monthly Austin gun show off of Lamar. Usually I'll see two or three dealers carrying them. I got mine there, P3AT for $220 brand new. I've been very happy with it and I carry it with me just about everywhere. There's a lady there that sells holsters, Jagwear Holsters, that has pocket holster for the Kel-tec that is perfect. The ammo dealer at the gunshow, Ammo To Go, usually has the Corbon DPX .380 in stock, which is about the only .380 SD load that I feel confident with in the Kel-tec, it was designed to be fired from the short barrel and will penetrate as deeply as some 9mm loads.
Unfortunately for you the gunshow was this weekend so you'll have to wait till next month, third weekend of the month.

Since the gun show won't be for another monnth now, the best price would be at Cost + 10% on Burnet Lane. Unfortunately, he's a small dealer and rarely has them but you never know. Also try Heritage Firearms at Research and Anderson Mill. Maybe Sportsman's Warehouse in Round Rock.

McBride's, Red's, Heritage, Cutting Edge Armorment(?) in Round Rock, Cabelas in Buda. Those are the ones I know about that handle KelTec. I have not seen them at Sportsmen's Warehouse but I may have missed them.
I was at the gunshow yesterday and saw a bunch of them, if you can wait another month. You might save $20-$40 or so by doing that maybe. Not sure.

I'm not in the great state of Texas; but I've had numerous customers tell
me that KEL-TEC's were very hard too come by right now for some unknown
reason? We have a good stock of GRAY and GREEN frame KEL-TEC P3AT
.380's right now; but NO all black or chrome slide models.

Tex Guns also carries the Kel-Tecs though their stock varies with availability and tends towards the pistols. They're willing to order whatever you want though.
