I bought my wife a Kel-Tec P-32 a while ago, and broke it in for her with a couple of hundred rounds of FMJ. I had zero issues with it.
However, when my wife shoots, she gets an occasional FTRB or stovepipe jam.
The FTRB's are addressed with a small tap on the back of the slide, and I've trained her on how to clear a stovepipe jam.
My question is this: since I've never had a problem with the gun when shooting it, but she has, is this a problem with the gun, or is it due to her lesser grip strength?
She has admittedly weak wrists, and she chose the P32 since it was one of the few guns she could rack.
I'm thinking that the FTRBs could be helped with a little polishing of the feed ramp, but the stovepipes I'm not sure what to do about.
Any thoughts?
