Dear Kimber Dealer,

With the rising cost of materials and natural resources, Kimber can no longer keep pistol pricing where it has been. Effective June 1, 2008, Kimber will increase our pistol line-up an average of 2.4%. You will all receive an updated pricelist shortly. All current backorders, and any new orders scheduled for delivery prior to June 1, 2008 will be honored at current prices. So please take this time to evaluate your inventory and order as needed at current pricing.

That sucks. At least it's 2.4% instead of jumping up like the price of ammo or gas. $24 more when spending $1000 isn't a deal-breaker or enough to make me rush out and buy one now.

Winchester and Remington sent out a letter saying some/most of their ammo would go up between 5-12% on the same date.

June's gonna suck.
