bc1023, . . . the CZ you posted. . . . .my SP-01 has that same trigger. Also has the competition hammer. Trigger pull is about 2 1/2 lbs. Right now, it has factory night sights on it, but I sent an email to CZCustoms to ask if they could mill it for the LPA rear sight. Haven't heard back, but was wanting to put sights on it that better matched its . . . uh. . . "phylosophy of use" . . . . [sorry for the Nutnfancy reference].

bc1023, you have an exceptional collection. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. I find myself checking this thread regularly now just hoping you've continued to add to it.

I know this is the semi auto forum, but who likes Colt Pythons?

They're nice, but they're no Registered Magnum...(he posts in the hopes that BC has one he can show us...)

He doesn't have one but I've been telling him for years that he needs to get on board and start looking for one (or three). ;)

I haven't picked up an RM, but I have quite a few vintage S&W revolvers. I'll post some when I can.

I'm post a few of my Browning Hi Powers.

Here are a couple built 1960 and 1962.

As you can see, by '62, the thumbprint was no longer. Also, notice the internal extractor on these old models.

Here is a much newer (1999) all Belgian Hi Power with the famous tangent sight.

Here is a newer still (2003) Browning Hi Power. Its a beautiful gun, but it was assembled in Portugal. There aren't nearly as desirable as the all Belgian models.

Beautiful Hi Powers! And I have to share your sentiment on your praise of the Hi Power. It is my favorite as well. LOVE the 1999 model with the Tangent Sights!

I am getting a wide trigger for mine. The one thing I don't like quite so much about mine is the narrow trigger. I have an FN Herstal Hi Power. Looks pretty much exactly like your 2003, but with the Hogue grip. I WOULD like to find a nice set of dark walnut grips at some point.

You here loves the old West German Sigs?

Here's my P226, P220, P228, and P225. All are in the classic 9mm chambering...

Thank you sir

FN and Browning are one and the same. You can see my tangent sight model is labeled FN on one side and Browning on the other.

I updated my post [before seeing your new post here], and sent you a PM.

Love the blueing on the 1960 [and the indention] and 1962 models!

Anyone like classic Berettas?

I have a fondness for the original 92. Note the frame mounted safety and heel mag release. This one is circa 1978.

Very nice Berettas! I have always liked that design. The only Beretta I have [though] is a blued/brown wood grip 21a.

Thanks. I have several classic Berettas from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. Here are a couple rimfires.

I really like the 70. Bid on one last week, but it went for more than I could spend [$631.xx]. Oh well.

BTW, does the trigger [on the 70] travel straight back [like a 1911] or is it hinged [like a Sig 938]?

The 70 series' trigger actually pivots, but its basically like pushing it straight back with the way the travel is.

Thanks, bc. Maybe I'll be fortunate enough to find one to buy. I gotta start saving up for another car. Mine current car has seen better days.
