I discuss the 9mm kriss in that thread that on page 2 and 3. As noted in that thread I bought a pistol version. I have not had occasion to put a lot of rounds through the gun since those initial reflections. That said I've had no issues. I felt like I took a real gamble buying the kriss because the gen 1 guns had lots of issues and there was almost no info out there on the gen 2 9x19 guns. Happily I feel like it was a gamble that paid off.
One thing I'll note is that it seems atleast some aftermarket glock mags won't seat it the gun. Factory mags all do and have worked without issue. My 50 round drum and a couple Korean 33 rounders don't seat. I've read else where that the 33 round ETS mags won't seat either. It appears to me the feed lips are a different dimension and are hitting a "shelf" in the gun. This means you can't use cheaper questionable mags and simply have to use very well prove and still affordable mags. I've read the magpul g17 mags work but have not tried any so I don't know.
Well I got one and all I can say is WOW. Great ergonomics for me, the gun has virtually no recoil and 50yrds was shooting very good groups. On the flip side I only shot 200rds through it and 3/4 of those went very very quick.
The kriss website doesn't have them in the store, but they now list it as available caliber in the main specs sheet. Now says "coming soon " for .40 and .357 sig. A few available on gunbroker in 10mm now.
