I was watching gun and holster reviews on youtube, and well, I happened to stumble across something.

At first I was just intrigued by the novelty of the name. The "Flash Bang". A holster that clips to the bra. kinda clever name.

But after watching the demo video I'm not convinced it's all that bad of an idea. But, I have no boobs, nor girlish hips which to worry about carrying a gun on in the first place.

So, out of pure curiosity, ladies, what do you think of these?

Demo video first, product vid second. Product seems too cheesy if you don't see it work first.

I watched the two videos and it seemed quite cool. But, while most of the gun hangs underneath the bra, it looks like the barrel sits up inside the bra cup, which wouldn't be all that comfortable. Or, did I miss something?

It does seem that the barrel is intended to be under the wire and slightly in the cup. But again, as I said, I wouldn't know the comfort/discomfort associated with such.

I frequently wear the MPA Protector in a belly band just under my bra and its quite good if I'm wearing a v-neck. Being generously endowed I can also use a holster and stick it into the bra itself, which is not really a very good option unless I'm wearing something that absolutely cannot hide the gun in the bellyband.

But having the gun between the underwire and the chest would be incredibly uncomfortable for any woman who actually needs a bra in the first place. The wire is engineered to sit firmly against the ribcage so as to provide the necessary support. Displacing the wire would not only compromise the support but would torque the wire so that it would dig in somewhere else.

You might even end up ruining the bra. I've had the wires bend out of shape from the weight alone when the bra was poorly engineered.

Its conceivable that I might get one for summer wear when the bellyband would be too hot, but I'd never stick the gun under the wire.

As always comments from the "weaker sex" on CCW and other aspects of being armed or guns are more than welcome !

Its almost a "given" women CCWs face far more difficult problems body carrying while being fashionable than their male counterparts ! Mostly, I suspect more due to the tailoring/style of women's clothing than obvious physical differences, but I'll defer to the ladies on this. Still, IMO women ought to seek means to "body carry", rather than assign their lifeline to a clutch or handbag ! They can too easily be stripped - indeed are often the "target of opportunity" - in an assault !

From an old married man, a mature woman can - IMUO" - "belly carry" a slim pistol or even a revolver without seriously compromising her "style" ! A little "pooch" in that region usually isn't noticable, at least to males. >MW

My fiance thinks that looks like a terrible idea. She has a hard enough time with bras being...gifted. Adding another problem to that area isn't helping any.

off topic some what but the holster in wore by the FBI agent in Boondock saints 2 was cool if a jacket was worn.
But yes Fashion plays a big part I have to freinds both female that CCW and you can never tell when they are carrying on them due to the clothes they pick. They stay in fashion and allways manage to conceal very well.
