Larue/Leupold and Eye Relief

I'm planning on ordering a scope and Larue mount for my 6.8 AR. This will be primarily a hunting rifle.

Scope I'm looking at

And one of the Larue SPR mounts.

Will this set-up have enough eye relief? Which would be the right mount? I'm running a VLTOR E-Mod stock.

Also open to other scope options I am leaning towards a low-mid power.
