Last = Ruger New Model Single Six .22LR/.22mag, stainless with walnut stocks.

But it is still in Christmas wrap. Santa delivered early.

Next gun will be a Kimber .45. Probably the Tactical Custom II, but maybe the Eclipse.

Or it could be a bolt-action rifle in .308. Then again, it could be a nice over/under shotgun.

So many choices.

Latest = Glock 27 (today). Also, in the past week and over the next couple of days, I'll be taking delivery of several guns that I've bought over the past few months and had shipped directly to a gunsmith for checking and smoothing-out. It's going to be gun heaven for a few days! Three rifles, six pistols and three revolvers...

Next gun - well, I'm jonesing after a Springfield Loaded 1911A1 full-size in the lightweight frame configuration. I'm trying to trade a Kimber and perhaps a couple of other bits and pieces for it. Wish me luck!

Early Christmas was a new Springfield Stainless Loaded and an old Ruger Blackhawk 3 screw 357 4 5/8.

Next up is a Rem 700 Police Light Tactical 20" barrel 308 with a Leupold or Burris mildot.

I was going to write- - -

- -That my LAST acquisition was a Remington 700 Safari in .375 H&H. I've shot it but only with iron sights. Just mounted an old Weaver K-1.5 for load development, but haven't shot it with scope yet.

But, I have JUST traded for Remington 700 Classic in .35Whelen, a piece I've been seeking for a couple of years now. The nifty little Weaver variable 1.5 to 4 X needs servicing, though. I'll probably shoot it with iron sights while that's being done.

Next firearm may be a bit down the road - - I've had some profound vehicle trouble recently and have hit near-max on credit card to un-strand myself. This is most probably when a three-inch S&W M65 will show up at a decent price . . . .

Next gun, probably a USP9C or AR-15 or Cx4 Storm, depending on the job situation.

Armor is coming before either though.

Colt 1911 series 70 Govt. (new production) and another series 70 Govt. (G70 suffix) worked up by Novak as an IPSC / IDPA blaster. Don't know if it's infatuation or real 1911 love, but boy did I get bit by the bug!


Marine 870 looks like a prospective future purchase.

Most recent was a 226. Next will probably be an SKS just because they're so cheap right now ("as new" $130 delivered ). After that...I dunno, I want a 686+ but I really feel the need for a 1919. Of course, a Springfield Loaded would be awesome...or a Savage 10FP...or an AR...BAAAAHH too many things that I want. There's no telling what will come home with me next

My last was my Sako 75 Hunter. My next will be one of these: Ruger Super RedHawk in .44, SIG P220, STI Trojan 5.0, or a BHP (the most likely one).

Last for me was a 2 for 1: a Bisley Vaquero and a Win 94AE Trail's End, both in 44 Mag. Next, I'm not sure; probably either a 629 or a used PPK that I've been looking at.

Next will be a stainless 4" Ruger GP100 or a 6" S&W 27 if I can find a pristine one. Others on my list include a stainless Springfield Loaded Champion and 3" S&W 65 or 64.

In the last 6 months I have bought a Weatherby Orion II O/U shotgun, Colt .45 Mark IV Series 80 Government Model, and a Smith and Wesson 686+ 4" barrell. Next will be a Sig 239 in .40.

The fat man in the red suit is bringing a Lyman Great Plains Rifle in .54 caliber so I can light off all this Triple 7 and magnum #11 caps I've aquired .
After that I should have my C&R license. Then [while rubbing hands together] hooo boy.................
