laws about gunsmith/firing line for an alien

Hi everybody,

I'm Italian and I'm going to be a gun owner (no CCW, only the right to buy one and take it to the firing line) and I could make some job trips in US, mainly in Arizona.. of course, I'll leave the gun at home!
But my question is: what are the rules if I'd like to see something in a local gunsmith? Could I enter a firing line?

By seeing things at a local gunsmiths, you mean just going to a place of business and looking at weapons, no problem.

By going to the firing line, you mean going shooting with somebody (and firing their personally owned firearms) there would be no problem there either.

Now should you want to make a purchase here in the states. You will need to research the laws in your state.
