I hadn't really noticed on the silhouette at high speed but the other day I shot some groups at 7 yards with my LCP.

I would get a nice cluster 3/4" low left on one magazine. Make the pistol safe, change targets, then reload with the extended magazine and group 3/4" high right.

Only just now did it occur to me it could be pressure on the extension changing impact point. I had assumed it was inconsistent grip since it's very hard to get any amount of pressure on it when I pick it up with the strong hand (For reference I have large palms with short fingers and a broad hand with 8" overall length. I use the biggest M&P Backstrap and a P365 is a two-finger gun with the extension) and I'm not sure I'm getting consistent placement with so little contact.

I'm thinking about adding a sleeve although I don't want to give up deep concealment. This pistol is normally carried in the right hip pocket in a pocket holster.

Thoughts?

Opinions on the Hogue Handall?

PS the sleeves with a single finger groove are a no go as it pinches my finger against the trigger guard and I still end up with the my finger sitting on the point below the groove at about 3/5 across the finger.
