I finally have my pro 1000 producing some ammo. The only problem I still have is the decamping die. The case is getting stuck and as a result the ram comes off the shell plate carrier. It is not a carbide die. Can I lube the die itself? And if so will the dry Teflon be ok?

The carrier should not be able to come off of the ram that easily. Have you tightened the hex bolt below the carrier once the carrier is seated on the ram?

As far as the die itself, is it a dedicated decapping die or is it a sizing die with a decapper?

If you are using non-carbide resizing/decapping die, case lube should help. I use Lee lube to resize my rifle cases with non-carbide resizing/decapping die but many like Imperial sizing wax - http://www.midwayusa.com/find?newcategorydimensionid=11882

Make sure the hex head bolt is tight. FYI, be sure to loosen the hex head bolt and fully seat the shell plate carrier on the ram or you will crack the body. I will even use an empty primer tray or a piece of wood on top of the carrier body pushed against the bottom of the press top to ensure the carrier is seated fully on the ram before I tighten the hex head bolt.
