Made by Escort/Hatsan, which means made in Turkey. Some Turkish guns are well made, many still have issues. It isn't that the Turks CAN'T build a good gun, they are having some issues here and there, and when guns are built to low price points, something in the quality arena has to give. Whether yours falls under that scenario, time will tell.
First thing to do is to check for consistent and equal POA/POI with both barrels. many times, cheaply made guns will have the barrels shooting in two different time zones. IF that happens here, there really isn't too much that can be done that wouldn't be financially overboard. If not, then great. Make sure you clean the grease/crud off and then regrease/lube per owner manual directions. I use grease on pivot areas and oil on sliding areas. Pivot areas include the hinge pin, the knuckles and any under lug areas.
Good luck with it!
