Legality of "Gun Free" businesses/places

My private property rights trumph your right to take a weapon on my property.

Now that isn't my view, but that's how it works. If someone doesn't want weaponry on their property, it's their right.

I laugh at the fools with such signs when they get robbed.

In Texas it is a specific sign. If I place a sign that simply says "No Guns" on my door, you are not breaking any law by carrying your properly concealed and handgun onto my property (Provided you have a CHL ;) )

But should I post a properly worded 30.06 sign in English and Spanish, then you have violated the law.

This is why we need nationwide CCW, I don't know the laws for every state in which I might travel; and it varys greatly from state to state.
