My Mosins suck.
I'll take them off your hands for ya,
My Mosins suck.
Guess I should have said "...too much unless you have a C&R"...which I need to get...it would far more than pay for itself with Midway discounts alone. Thanks for beatin' me on the head...I need to get the ball rolling.C&R is $10 a year! And well worth it!
Curio and Relics "Dealers" License (FFL 03). You should look into it, handy thing to have because it allows you to have C&R eligible guns shipped directly to your home, and you get nifty dealers discounts from a lot of retailers (like Midway, Brownells, et cetera).Ok, what is a C&R?
Yeah, sometimes there is not much you can do; but think of it this way you have a better view than the folks next door to the gun shop.Maverick, it kind of sucks to be out in the middle of nowhere, so I'm used to paying more for things.
Is there something in particular that makes those ugly rifles better than an Enfield?
I'll give you $200 for the both of them, if you're unhappy.
1. From what I hear it takes about 2mo., cruffler.com can tell you more about the process.xcgates said:A couple questions
Heh, that sounds like a good offer
What kind of accuracy should I expect out of these? I think after watching Enemy at the Gates and reading about that Vasilli guy, I expected these things to be $100 sniper rifles hehe.. my expectations might be too high.
Unless the RED Army said here you go, try not to get killed of course.
I really think most of the mosin-fascination is due to its affordability.
I feel the exact same way. I may poke fun, but I don't have anything against the Mosin at all. As I said earlier, there is no other firearm (that I know of) that you can buy for less money that doesn't come with the potential to maim or kill the shooter; but like Dom, I have always spent my money on rifles that cost a good bit more and suit me a little better.I really think most of the mosin-fascination is due to its affordability.
not that thats wrong in any way, but I tend to save the cash and spend it on "better" firearms. I say better because I have not personally answered the above question.
I think inaccurate rifles are like dull knives...better than nothing but not much.
