So there are about a million threads dedicated to tac'ed out ARs, but I dont think Ive seen any for AKs. So lets see 'em! Pics please.

Ordered it two weeks ago and I was told it would be ready next Friday! Going to add a red dot, AK-74 Break, light, laser & sling...maybe a 75rnd drum!

WASR-3

I used to have a rail on the upper handguard. But it had to go because it caused hellalotta glare when trying to use the iron sights.

ACE sidefolder stock

Fobus foward grip

TAPCO pistol grip

Z-5 cheapo tac-light

Weiger mags

TacticalGears picatinny lower handguard

Power Custom modified selector lever

SlingsOnly.com HK-type sling

Krebs built Tantal. I thought about plussing it up with rails for an EOTech and forward pistol grip, but decided it was just too pretty as is.

Arsenal SLR-106F in 5.56, the Blue Force Vickers 2 point makes it as tacticool as it needs to be, I save the other junk to bolt on my M4.

I like to keep my AK's as representative as possible of the original models. If I want plastical tactical crap, I'll hang it on my AR.

I actually prefer the "wood" traditional look on AKs. As I see it, the above quote is the reason to have multiple AK's. :)

Those look like orlite Galil mags. They work in the Saiga?

Mine is only an AK derivative:

My only impure AK:

Yes, Galil mags work with only a feed ramp in .223 Saigas (the mag catch has to be ground to use other AK mags)

I'll show you my tactical AKs later, however I have taken off the vertical foreend on all of them. A speed load of an AK entails knocking out the empty mag with a horizontally held full one in the weak hand while depressing the release with the strong hand then inserting and rolling it back into place. I have never been able to do that with a vertical forend unless it is placed very far forward on a rail as it blocks the empty mag when knocking it forward . All the eastern block factory vertical forends block such a speedload at least some of the time. Try it! It is one of the real world tactical AK skills that puts you above your turd world enemy!

Our Tactical..

Wise Lite Arms used to manufacture a model of AK with an underfolder stock, steel accessory rail and a simulated suppressor. That was until the supply of reasonably priced stock assemblies ran out! We produced one of these fixed stock versions (as a sample), but our commercial customer wasn't interested.
I really liked it and being the "factory Rep" I bought this one for myself!
I find it handles very nicely.

Here's mine--not very "tacticool," but very shootable.

Optic is a Russian Kobra (Gen 2).

What really kills me is when yall put M4 stocks on AK's. Thats like putting a Chevy bowtie on a Ford.
Having adjustable length-of-pull is useful, plus the M4 stock has a wider and more comfortable buttplate than the standard AK stock. Mine wears the standard stock for now, but I may go to an M4 style stock at some point.

Just took some pics.

Here's a couple of shots of my Rommy WASR-10.
