TIMC,

I'm getting ready to get that exact glass for a Ruger 77V in .22-250. How do you like the varmint reticle?

I find it a little busy but it does seem to work pretty well when set up right. I will say it does take a little getting used to. The fine lines do make it easy to pinpoint shots at long range but it can be difficult in low light. I would say it is a good P-dog reticle but I wouldn't want to use it for hunting yotes in low light conditions.

Thanks for the reply Tim. I was afraid it would be a little busy... might have to re-think and go with the fine plex.
