Yes, I was going to bolt them down regardless. But my question was really more of does the weight matter if you are bolting it down? I'm bolting it to the floor regardless of the weight. IF the crooks can't pick it up off the floor, it may as well weigh 10 lbs.
I did not realize the capacity was so small compared to what they spec. It must have to do with how close they put the barrel hold spots. If they have 11 barrel hold spots they call it an 11 gun safe, even though it's not practical to put them that close.Thank you very much for that info - that changes my decision somewhat - I might need to buy three of them!!!
