LMT ARs?

Ok fellas, the AR bug is back and Im finally going to be working. I was just messing around on Impact guns last night and ran across the LMT Ar stuff.

I like the looks of the system, but defiantly not the price tag. I'm guessing a lot of this is because of the stock on the lower and the rail on the upper? Is there stuff top of the line? Milled uppers and lowers?

IIRC LMT has a DOD contract to supply the SEALS their Mk18 10.5" uppers. I'd say that's a good endorsement. Also the prices are high because you're looking at complete monolithic rail uppers and complete lowers.

LMT supplies not only the SEALs but a number of SOCOM units, at least with SBR type uppers (never seen a .mil issue LMT lower, I don't think). Quality seems quite good on the examples I've handled.

You can beat that high $450 price if you could sqeeze by with a Bushmaster, DPMS, Stag, RRA, etc.

Not with a Sopmod Collapsing Stock Buttstock. Stock alone is worth almost $200
