Loads for the m1a

Does anyone have any fav. loads they care to share for the m1a using win 748 with 150 gr fmj type bullet, in addition, Primer recomindations. I have a large quantity of cci large rifle.

Well I prefer the 168 grain bullets in my M1A. I Have had good luck with basically all of them with 41 grains of IMR 4895 in LC brass. No promises if that will work or be good in your gun but that is what I use. Good luck.

In my M14 rifle 42.5 gr of IMR4895 shoots very well behind a 147 gr FMJBT. Start low and work up your own load is always good advice.
