Any progressive press, like the Loadmaster, limits quality and substitutes quantity. Quantity works great for your handgun loads since most people aren't looking for 1 hole at 50 yards. But quantity through speed can work against you if you want more than plinking loads for your rifle. And too, since rifle brass needs a trim (an outside-the-press operation) after sizing, you 'll have to run each piece of brass through the press twice on a progressive.
The Loadmaster may be able to turn off the progressive action, I'm not sure. Others will speak up.
However, if your pistol quantities are low (in the hundreds per month or less), then a single stage might be a better choice since you have definite quality requirements on the rifle side. Using a single stage might also be more conducive to "trickle" your powder which is going to be another big plus for you.
Going to a single stage opens up looking at the RCBS Rock Chucker and the Hornady LNL Classic, both of which come with better powder scales and more accurate powder measures. Measuring your powder accurately is going to be a big part of long distance rifle. Also remember, that none of the Lee, RCBS or Hornady kits come with a rifle case trimmer. So which ever kit you buy, you're going to need more equipment right off the bat.
