I've kinda narrowed my choices to the 1911 (how could I look at 45 acps & not at least consider another 1911?), a USPc 45 (already have 4 diff't USPs, this would round things out a bit), and the SIG P220ST.
Current front runners are the USPc 45 & the SIG 220ST.
USPc 45 would go well with the others I have. Plus, I've very familiar with the manual of arms so there'd be no learning curve (at least in theory).
The SIG 220st does have a few things going for it. First, being an all steel 45, I'd bet it's a dream to shoot. Secondly, since there is no mag compatibility in the USPs, buying mags for this gun (either USPc 45 or SIG) is truly unavoidalble. Lastly, I think I'm ready to give SIGs another chance.
So, OUTSIDE OF BUYING BOTH! What are the pros & cons of both & why should I buy one over the other?
