Swiss Tech Utili Key
It's the size of key, has a single blade, bottle opener, eyeglass screwdriver, philips screwdriver, regular screwdriver, and only costs $10 at a store near you. When opening the blade it has a 90 degree stop so you can use some extra leverage on the screwdriver and a 180 degree stop to full open it for the knife. I have lots of other multi-tools, e.g. Gerber pliers, Leatherman Wave, Leatherman Supertool, Victorinox Super Tinker (EDC), etc but the little Utili-key gets used the most. One of the auto stores out here was closing them for $1 each last year. I visited 4 locations and bought all the had which was only about 8. I have them set aside for gifts and to replace mine once I wear it out. Going on 5 years and it's still going strong.
Or just switch to cans : ). Easy to open, they stack more compactly in the cooler or fridge so you maximize capacity, they don't break, and when your done they compress for easy disposal.
