Looking for a rear sight dovetail filler block for Win94...

I have an old Win 94 with a Lyman rear sight. The gun came without the factory rear sight, so I would like to find one of those "filler" blocks that can be tapped into the dovetail. I put one on a Marlin 336 years ago, but can't remember where I got it.

I think I would also like to replace the front sight. When I set up a Marlin 336 years ago, I bought a front blade that had a 45 degree angle on the top-back and had gold painted on the flat. Would anyone know where something like that could be found? Or, any other suggestions for a sturdy front sight.

Any leads?
