Looking for an adjustable gas block

I'm looking for a beefy adjustable gas block. I really like the look of the discontinued Ruger piston gas blocks. The ones on the SR762 and SR556.

The only aftermarket one I can find similar is the noveske switchblock.

Anyone know of a company that has a knob adjustable gas block for an AR?

In addition to these mass produced offerings, any front controlled gas block can be modified with a “knob head screw” to replace the common Allen plug screws used in them, if you’re willing to do a little work.
