I believe that you wrote that as a response to my inquiry re CMMG and their apparent plan to create a complete LH .22LR upper. Thanks again. They still haven't released the new piece but just recently sent me a private email directing me to purchase a few parts to assemble in to the complete working system.
    To wit:

We do not have an upper assembly set up yet, however, we do have the parts available separately on our website:

Ambi .22 upper receiver for $154.95:

Left handed .22 bcg with magazine (we can do a dedicated, if you mention it in customer comments) for $239.95

Along with any other parts you would need to build your own upper. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

I suspect this is not the same as the piece they intend to create, but I'm likely to proceed with their guidance.

I got carried away replying to your question in that thread and ended up writing a novel, figured I'd just copy and paste it.

That sucks about buying in components, you're looking at spending $400 before you even get a barrel, hand guards, gas block, etc.

Looking at their site just now it looks like their prices went up again; they're asking $400 now for a complete upper. When I responded to your thread it was $380, when I bought mine they were $350. Has the election panic started already?

I just put a Chiappa on my carbon 15 upper and it runs fine and is as accurate as any of my other stock .22 autos (Rem.597& Marlin M-60).
