Back in 1991 I worked for the Mobile Police department for a short stint. When I first started a lot of officers were issued a Smith & Wesson stainless 9mm with a single stack mag. It was a thin gun and was very similar to the 5906. I was issued the gun they were replacing it with which was a 5946 which was a double stack DAO semi-auto. I have not seen one of the single stacks like I am referring to since then. Does anyone know the model number for this gun and by chance anyone have a picture of one. It was not a 3913.
