Luger Rebarrel?

I have a beat to hell 1920 comercial Luger that has been refininshed once (by an ameteur)and is rusting again. I plan to refinish the gun profesionally and was wondering how difficult it would be to rebarrel the gun to 9mm. It is currently in .30 Luger (cost prohibitive round). Do I just need to thread a new barrel on or do more internals need to be changed?

No other change is needed. They went to 9mm as just a blown-out 7.65 so they didn't have to make any changes. Besides, those so-called 1920 models were ex-military anyway and started out in 9mm.
