M&P 45 Trigger Reset Problems

I have an M&P 45 with the thumb safety. I think I am having some trigger reset issues although I don't have to rack the slide. I shot 200 rounds of WWB on Saturday and 3 times, a pull of the trigger didn't result in a "bang". All three times if flipped the safety a couple of times and it worked.

Any ideas what I have going on here?

A call to S&W Customer Service and let them figure it out is what I would have going on.

I don't think there is the base of experience for the Plastic M&P that there is for 1911 and Glock; best to let the factory straighten it out.
