Watch your mags - make sure if they're old that they're really USGI or T-57's in a pinch. If you want to buy new, only buy new USGI made by CheckMate and available a 44mag.com. If you're talking Hi cap, (over 20 rounds), the only one I would consider are the new M14 25-round mags also being produced by CheckMate, (CMI) and also available at 44mag.com.... Good luck!

Another word of caution about mags. There are a lot of fakes out there that don't hold 20 rounds when they say they should or don't work right.

I agree get only genuine USGI mags or T57. Real T57s are getting hard to tell from fakes. Go to the M14 forum to view an ID guide to learn how to ID real USGI mags.

Checkmate mags from 44mag.com are real new production USGI mags. They run about $24 each shipped for 5 or more. This is the best deal going.
