m76 scope position

I tried searching, but with no results here is my question:

I know the PSL POSP scope is offcentered. Accordingly is the m76 mounted to the left also?
In the pictures I have seen, they look centered.
Is this right?

I know this is kinda a easy question, but I just want to be sure (looking at a parts kit).

PSOP scopes will be offcentered to the left side of the rifle, they were designed for the dragunov, actually, they were designed before the dragunov was completed and the soviets still wanted their new sniper rifle to be able to be loaded from the top like the sks.

There are lots of other scope mounts that will fit on the side rail though, many offer the ability to be centered over the bore. The photo you show has the scope centered, but it is not a PSOP scope.
 
Most m76's use a ZRAK M-76 4x 5°10’, which is similar to a POSP. I was asking more specifically about the stock scope and mount that came with the rifle (or parts kit). The picture I displayed withthe non-original parts probably added to the confusion, so he is a different one:
