MAJOR kudos to RCBS!

About two years ago I purchased and RCBS Bench Priming Tool and have used it exclusively for small primers. When I bought the tool it did come with the large priming cup but IIRC there was only a single rod, but it didn't matter until recently when I geared up to load large rifle primers.

I had misplaced/lost the large priming cup a long time ago so I shot an e-mail to RCBS last week and asked how much the priming rod assembly would cost. They replied that it was under warranty and therefore no charge (even though I think it was still my fault). Today I received BOTH the large and small priming rod assemblies, so I now have a spare one for the little guys.

I don't think I even filled out a warranty card!

HATS OFF TO RCBS FOR EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would expect nothing else from them.

Yes indeed. I smashed the cover on my RCBS 1010 powder scale. Totally my fault. They sent me a new one no charge.

You pay a little more when purchasing RCBS products initially but the guarantee is a no nonsense iron clad one for sure. Once a year I get together all my broken stuff and buy/order the necessary parts. Lee and RCBS have never charged for the parts in 30+ years. Others-----well I don't buy anything else these days for that reason.

i picked up an older set of RCBS 44 magnum dies this weekend off a forum. they have the decapper in the expander die. i want to use them on a progressive, so i need the decapper in the sizer. they also have a SWC seater plug and i wanted a round nose.

just got off the phone with a very nice RCBS CS rep. both parts will be on their way to me today. no charge. can't get any better than that.

Not a surprise to me! They have treated me the same way not once but twice when I lost major parts of both my press and scale. RCBS is tops on my list too...
