I have been making caps a few at a time I have been using a snap-off utility knife for me it has been slow going cutting the caps off the paper. I got some carpet trimmer blades out of my carpet box they worked great. They are like a utility blade but tinner and way sharper and they have a chisel edge. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Personna-Carpet-Trimmer-Chisel-Blades-10-Pack-61-0146-EACH/100193906
Where do you buy the paper caps? I have not seem them around in quite awhile, only the plastic encased caps.

I bought them at Walmart years ago. I think they only sell ring caps now.

I get them at HEB stores herr in texas. The good german caps. Only 3 bux for 2400. I have a large stash but i dont use them much
..just for "just in case" reasons

I made a bunch of caps today the acetone and Duro glue worked great. I also rigged vinyl tubbing so I can use small pistol primers on my NMA. Next week I am going out to the farm to test them.

You should be able to use a normal paper hole-puncher to separate the cap from the paper.
