Gunbroker has a pair of .36 Colt Pocket replicas on the block, I've emailed the seller but he does not seem to know the Manufacturer, which I think odd since he has the original Box. Can anyone ID the manufacturer by the Box? I know it's not Uberti. Here's a Link https://www.gunbroker.com/item/741295671

Thanks in Advance.

And, no I am not affiliated with the seller.. more interested in buying.

The seller wrote ASM in the description.

/I'm generally not a fan of GB sellers who essentially use an auction site for a non-auction listing. The opening bid is $10 below the buy it now price.
//Also not a fan of sellers who have a reserve price hundreds higher than the start price.

I am not familiar with the Acronym ASM, can you please clarify? When I wrote the seller to ask Brand, he replied he did not know. I see a lot of new stuff on GB that is a lot less pricey elsewhere.

Edit: a little googling for ASM,
and i'm educated.... wow they are way overpriced.

Armi San Marco, Bresca Italy; made b/p guns from the late 60"s till around 2,000 and went out of business. Wide range of quality, made parts for some of the 2nd gen Colts under contract and also sold to CVA, both being of higher standards than their usual range of imports. I have 3 of their guns and all are fine shooters, one a CVA is fine and well finished. Parts are becoming hard to find, but other Italian parts can be smithed to fit. Saw your edit and yes even with the box they are starting over priced, I gave much less for all three of mine, and one came with original box and instructions from CVA.

Thanks for that.... LOL, familiar with the Armi san Marco Brand, initially the ASM didn't click....

He does not show the end label of the box (it is an ASM box from the mid 80's) and the foam insert seems cut for a larger revolver so I am guessing that it is not a box that is numbered to one of these guns.
The serial numbers are interestingly close but not consecutive.
The date cartouches on these would be on the frame just in front of the trigger guard along with ASM's pyramid logo and the proofs but I can not make them out from his photos.
Older ASM's seem to function well with later ones being hit or miss.
I have two ASM 1862 Pocket Polices in my collection.
One has silver plated furniture and the other has the correct Colt barrel address.
I believe I paid $200 for the former and $250 for the latter.
I would have gone higher for the Colt marked one but luckily I did not need to.
Both are unfired with a few very slight handling marks and function smoothly.
$300 - $400 for this GB pair would be what I would pay for them but value is in the eye of the owner!!!
There are certainly lots of other over priced offerings out there.

I have several Uberti's purchased on sale from Midway.
Good move!
Dixie has them at sale prices in the $300's.
Others have them at full price.
Did you get the police in the 5.5" or 6.5" barrel?
It looks like the sale is over for the 5.5" or was it only on the 6.5" to start with?
Did you get any other models besides the 1862 Police?

All together I have a Walker, 1851 and 61 Navy, 1849 Pocket 4" (not Police). In Long guns a Pedersoli Frontier, 2 band Enfield and awaiting a Richmond Rifle.

If you plan to buy a pair call whichever place you're buying from and ask if they have any guns with consecutive serial numbers.
Most modern inventory systems will have serial numbers.
