Well, you need barrel vice, an action wrench, a lathe, a chamber reamer, and a headspace guage for starters. And maybe a milling machine to cut dovetails for the sights and mag tube & forend hangers.
Start by taking the old barrel off and measure the shank length to the shoulder.
Face off the rear end of the barrel shank and shoulder in the lathe until the barrel tightens to the correct index so the sights are right-side up.
Then ream the chamber to the correct headspace while using the headspace guage to check it.
After that, cut the dovetails for the mag tube hangers & sights if they are not already cut.
I think the replacement barrels from Numrich are all ready to screw in. An action wrench and barrel vice will be necessary, but they are all cut and indexed for using, as well as chambered. Being for rimmed cartridges, headspacing would all ready be taken care of.
