I recently purchased one of these jigs and I have a question. It comes with the sear angle preset with an adjustment screw. By turning the screw in or out the sear angle can be changed which to a point could lighten the trigger pull. I know you can go too light and it becomes dangerous and the gun can go full auto. My question is which direction lightens the pull, turning the screw in or out? I want to get down around 3-3.5 lbs as this is just a range gun for bullseye and not for carry. I have the disconnector spring set at 16oz. and sear spring at 32 oz. per Jack Weigands article at brownells. I polished the sear using the base angle set on the jig and cut the relief angle so that about 60% of the primary angle remains. The hammer hooks are square and polished with .020 hook height and are contacting the sear evenly but my trigger is just at 4 lbs and I would like to go a little lighter. Thanks Nick
