So I had a friend recently leave the country and I bought a stack of reloading equipment from him for a.......well a stolen price. In the stuff I bought I found a pock 38 spl revolver I thought oh boy what a treat I rolled out the cylinder and sat a single case in the chamber it had a blown out primer and was really flat. Oh no I thought I need to look the gun over really well as the case was stuck in the chamber. After I got the hammer and punch I noticed the case was a 38 super+p....worse news so far after looking the gun over I found the top strap to be split.......bummer what moron dhot the wrong ammo in this? Reminds me of the time a guy at a public range was cussin up a storm because the box of 38-40 ammo didnt work in his 40 glock or his smith j frame....lol!, any way I contacted my friend he said it was a friends gun given to him as it was a blown up gun and useless. So my plan ......hold on until the next gun buy back trade it in line for a working gun and be on my way or atleast get my 25$ wally world card for it.
