Just for reference, Maryland is approximately: 66% White, 26% Black, 4% Asian and 0.3% American Indian.

That should put some of the racial splits in permit issuance into perspective.

Kharn- Do you have any satistics on the racial breakdown of MD CCW applicants that were denied permits. Maybe only white locksmiths applied for a CCW. Just a thought.
