44and45

Jim Evitts (aka 44and45) passed away early Thursday morning. His passing was peaceful and mericful. My Dad was a true firearm enthusiast and I'll be reminded of him every time I pull the trigger on one of his old "irons" (some not so old) with reloads made by him at the range. It really was great to read the posts of support from the Forum members. Thank You All.

I am very sorry to hear this MCE. Sounds like a great man and the world was probably better with him in it. I am glad it was peaceful. Take care of yourself and your family and you will remain in my family's prayers.

I am very sorry for your family's loss MCE. I hope that you continue to find strength in those that surround you in your time of grief. I know prayers will continue to pour in....

May peace and a gentle hand guide him to eternal rest. May the life you continue to lead be a celebration of the one that a parent wants for his children.

May God be with your father and your family and may He guide you through this very difficult time. Your family will be in my prayers.

I am very sorry to hear that. I recently purchased a reloading press from Mr. Evitts. He was very helpful and friendly.

When I wrote a paper about a Wisconsin court case that dealt with land boundary law, Mr. Evitts was nice enough to tell me what he knew about the topography of northern Wisconsin.

He was a great guy and he will be missed.

I am truly sorry your father passed. I lost my father this past Father's Day to cancer so I understand how you feel.
My prayers for you and your family.

My condolences, it's a sad fact that we all have to move on. When someone adds to our lives everyday, the void is impossible to fill. We will meet again someday in a better place.

Thank you for letting us know, we'll have your family in our prayers tonight.

-Bob
