MI ORV laws, no CCW on an ORV?

I've been reading through the MI off road vehicle laws trying to make sense of the changes and I came across this...

PA 241 of 2008, Section 324.81133

324.81133 Operation of ORV; prohibited acts.

Sec. 81133.

A person shall not operate an ORV:
(k) While transporting on the vehicle a bow unless unstrung or encased, or a firearm unless unloaded and securely encased, or equipped with and made inoperative by a manufactured keylocked trigger housing mechanism.

Now I only copied subsection "(k)" because that was the only one that pertains to this question.

Having read that, does MI law allow CCW on an ORV? Perhaps is this subsection referring to those hard plastic rifle scabbards that people mount on four wheelers?
