LCP all the way! I bought one a couple weeks ago and love it. I have 100 flawless rounds through it so far.

If it were me, the real P3AT.

But between those two, the P3AT knockoff. Micro eagles are absolutely miserable to shoot. It's unfortunate, because they're an attractive little package.

I bought the LCP first and traded it after buying the MDE as the Eagle (to me, at least) kicked less than the Ruger and is more accurate. I don't shoot the Eagle much since I got the Kahr .380, but I haven't gotten rid of the Eagle. It's a fun gun, just not as much fun as the Kahr.

I think you would be wise to shoot both before you buy.

This is not an opinion, but a fact. The Micro Desert Eagle is a blowback action and as stated before kicks like a mule and I should know because I own one.

The LCP with it's locked breech action is much softer shooting than the Micro DE.

I believe the MDE also has dual gas ports drilled right in front of the chamber.

How much velocity does that cost you?

The micro eagle is a miserable excuse for a pistol. Heavy and kicks hard and not very accurate. The LCP at $150 is a great buy. Reliable and accurate with a bit of a long trigger pull but at that price if you decide you don't like it you can make 30 to 50 bucks.

The Micro Eagle is a little snappy, but it's an incredibly well made gun. It can keep a 2 inch group at 10 yards, which is better than my experience with the LCP, which feels cheap and plasticy to me...

$200 is a great price on a Micro Eagle.

?

The lcp all the way.Have the ruger, shot buddys mde.Very heavy for a pocket pistol, kicks quite hard, and pretty chunky for pocket carry. If memory serves it was also difficult to field strip.

Yes the Micro does kick hard but I would hardly call it a miserable pistol. Mine shoots everything I have put into it without a hiccup and it is a really well made gun.

As for accuracy, it's just as good as the LCP is at self defence distances. I did paint the the front ramp sight red to make it more visible.

If you don't want the Micro, PM me with the location. $200 is too good a deal to pass up.

As to the recoil, it's not much. Go shoot a Seecamp 380 or one of the AirWeight .357's and then shoot the Micro. It jumps, but it doesn't hurt.

I have the MDE and many other pistols. Yes, the MDE kicks. It is small. What do you expect? But it is NOT brutal. It does not break you hand, leave bruises, or anything else. The Kahr 380 is much nicer overall, but much more expensive.

The MDE is the smaller of the 380s. It rides very well in the front jeans pocket.

My MDE kicks harder than .380 ball ammo with the more powerful DT Tac-XP, but less recoil with the Hornady FTX.

It has ran 100% with any load that I've put through it since day one.

Once the big houses run out of them for $299, the prices will go up on them
where they deserve to be.

The guns could only be better if actually made and marketed by CZ.

They are fabulous for a pocket sized .380.
