A Midsouth exclusive! I can't tell from description if the core is exposed or not at the base. Good price and on sale now. At the price, I guess it has exposed core not like match bullets. If that is the case, I see no advantage over the Hornady FMJBT unless for hunting. I only punch paper at range. Is it more accurate compares to the Hornady 55 gr or 62 gr FMJBT with cannelure?

Haven't bought from MidSouth recently but they are good folks up there.

Should be, but I haven't shot any. Of course some barrels might not like it, but in general a FMJ won't shoot as well as a SP or HP of decent make.

Received my order on the 62 gr HP. The base is indeed closed!:) Should shoot well.
