Millennium Pro V, XD

I've got a PT145 Mil Pro DA only and love it. It conceals easily, shoots reliably and doesn't weigh sixteen pounds by the end of the day. Show me another 20oz eleven shot 45acp with a smooth double action, 1911 type safety and the proper grip angle. Taurus did it right.

Well, if you think the Mil-Pro is comfy, try out a 24/7 sometime. I had one for awhile, and it was a delight to hold and shoot. Interestingly, I sold it because I ended up with two PT-99's that I just shoot better, even though neither is as comfortable to hold as the 24/7 was. I attribute that mainly to the DAO pull of the 24/7. This isn't to say I shot the 24/7 poorly, it's just that I shoot the PT-99's better. Now that I think about it, I am amazed at how pleased I have been with Taurus pistols. I currently have 3 Taurus pistols, have had a total of 4, and I just put a Taurus 1911 on layaway! The funny part is, I am now and will always be a big Ruger fan. Weird.

I'd go XD. Taurus makes a better revolver than semi-auto right now, in my opinion. I trust Springfield more and haven't had problems with their semi-autos. The Taurus has been hit and miss for me. Durability has been a bit of an issue.
