I think it's wonderful that they portray an upstanding citizen who has decided to exercise his Constitutional right. The fact that he is a minister is a good balance to the pacifist Christians who are frequently heard from in the media.

    I love this:
Yeah, that's right. . . . Carry a pool cue around in case you need to defend yourself--whatever you do, don't carry a firearm!

If some wish to rely on harsh language or a potted plant for self-defense, that's their right. I'll take my K-9, thanks.

    Like airbags and fire extinguishers?

    Uhh...Beavis...huh huh....

    Like play pool? Idiot.

OTOH I'd be REALLY surprised if I had a packin' pastor.

"Just think of all the things you can do with a pool cue,"

But how would you conceal it ...?

Hmmm, I guess you could just stick it down the front of your pants ... oh, never mind! :D

Last I checked, (for Florida at least) knocking a person upside the head with a stick (or any blunt object) is use of lethal force. So how is using a pool cue for self defense somehow better than using a gun?

Don't get me wrong, if a stick is all I have, I'll dang sure use it, but I'll take one of my pistols over it any day of the week.

    What a maroon.

It's a pretty lame site, but I sent the URL to my pastor anyway.
