Minnesota silencer bill

Over the years MN gun owners have been very reluctant to ask their legislators to sponsor a silencer bill. Why this is I have no idea, but it is obvious to anyone who reads various gun forums. The aggression against silencer ownership in MN is only outweighed by the apathy.

Fortunately a few Mn residents have been able to convince their Senator/Reps to sponsor a silencer bill. It will ease restrictions and require the CLEO to sign.

Thanks for posting this, I for one (as a native Minnesotan) would love to see this pass. I have contacted all my fellow enthusiasts that still reside there to reach out to their congressmen in support of this. Nothing would please me more than to be able to hunt up there with a suppressor as I am able to here in Texas.
