Mississippi Gun Owners Associations

I've recently moved from Colorado to northwest Mississippi, and am interested in making contact with Mississippi gun owners. As a life member of the GOA, I asked them about contacts with MS gun owner organizations, and they responded that they don't know of any!

So if all y'all know of such a group, I'd be pleased to learn of it. If'n not, I guess I'll jes' havta start one up...

Gun show it Tupelo MS some time next month. Might find some people there.

If you're in Hernando, Memphis is really the closest metro area. Ducks Unlimited is based in memphis and although not a gun organization they are certainly aligned with hunters and should be able to point you in the right direction.

Iuka / Glen IDPA Club

There is a very good IDPA club that plays in Glen MS. go through the IDPA HQ web site to gain contact. My wife is from that area and it is not a problem finding a place to shoot when we go to the in-laws house. PM me and i can give you some contact info of a couple of very active ffl types that could help you. Tupelo Custom Weaponry in Tupelo and Gold and Guns in Grenada.
