Mosin Nagant Bolt assembly problems

So I have another Mosin Nagant bent bolt assembly my friend brought me. He says that someone was gonna throw it away and he saved it. So here is the deal:

No matter what position I put the cocking piece in, a bolt guide will not align on it properly. The striker also is stuck, I've tried the firing pin wrench and it wont budge. The rear cocking piece screw also protrudes slightly and wont budge. I can take this down to my gunsmith in a few weeks but I would prefer to not have to pay him to wrestle it for a few hours.

The issue is the cocking piece won't unscrew from the bolt body, it is stuck
