Mosin rear sight base pins size?

So I lost the pins for my Mosin Nagant rear sight. I know I put them somewhere I wouldn't loose them..... But I forgot where that is and am coming up blank searching the web. I am replacing my sub 10 dollar "scout scope" mount from china with a S K Mount but it utilizes the rear sight base so I just went to re install the base and I can't find them. So any one know the proper size? So I can either order new or make a couple. Any and all info is appreciated thanks.

I used a nail. I cold blued it and it worked fine. I see that you are getting some from a fellow member,but I thought I would just throw my idea out there in case someone else ran into the same problem

I'm not above the finish nail fix. I was sifting through some loose nails actually the night I realized the pins were missing.
