They have a Mossberg 340KA .22lr at the local gun store for $49. I can't see anything wrong with it besides that it needs cleaning. The rifling is good and the bolt action feels solid. It looks old. I don't have a .22LR right now. Ya' think I should pick it up? I'd just use it to mess around punching paper plus it would be a good rifle to have my wife shoot. (I still can't get her to the range. She had a bad experience last time but that is another story. Let's just say 9mm isn't the best caliber to start someone on, especially in a grungy, loud, crowded indoor range.) I can't find ANYTHING about this rifle online.
