It's an unanswerable question, at least until someone buys several hundred of each make and tests them all. And even then, all you'd know is which brand tends to be more accurate. It would still be entirely possible to bop down to the local dealer, take home an example of the "most accurate" brand, and end up with a total dog.
The bottom line is that any modern bolt action rifle you buy is likely to offer much more accuracy than you are able to take advantage of, especially from field -- as opposed to benchrest -- conditions.
Are you going to be shooting your hunting rifle exclusively from a benchrest, using proper technique, wind flags, a 36x scope, and carefully match-prepped handloads? If not, than whatever rifle looks good to you, feels good in your hands, and is within your price range will likely do whatever it is you are asking of it.
